Last week I attended a great live Webinar by Laura Roeder. Actually, I attended twice — the first session was so popular, she gave an encore presentation of it.

In her Webinar, Laura talked about the importance of having systems in place for your business. I wholeheartedly agree with this idea: Figure out what works, and then — most crucially — keep doing it.

Laura told a story in her Webinar that illustrates this point. Thanks to an automation “disaster” on her Facebook page, she came to see that what has worked for her in the past can keep working . . . again and again!
